明挖隧道延伸工程中的保通改造技术研究与应用

摘要 随着城市的发展,既有交通设施已无法满足交通需求,因此,隧道改造工程越来越多。现有的交通设施往往有保通需求,但对于隧道工程的原地改造保通,目前鲜有工程案例。以上海浦东机场南进场路隧道延伸工程为例,采用新建临时隧道绕行的方案满足了保通需求:通过支撑托换的方式,减小了改造后结构的跨度;通过2排支撑托换的逐个转换,实现在隧道内进行翻交;利用有限元分析和现场施工监测等手段,保证了施工过程中顶板沉降和变形满足要求。该改造技术为运行隧道延伸工程的保通需求提供了新的解决方案。 As cities develop,existing transportation facilities often fail to meet increasing traffic demands,leading to a rise in tunnel reconstruction projects.These projects frequently require maintaining traffic flow,though in-situ reconstruction of tunnels with traffic maintenance is rarely documented.This paper uses the extension project of Nanjinchang Road Tunnel at Shanghai Pudong Airport as a case study,where a temporary tunnel detour was employed to meet traffic maintenance needs.The span of the modified structure was reduced using support underpinning,and sequential conversion of two rows of underpinning enabled turnover within the tunnel.Finite element analysis and on-site construction monitoring ensured that roof settlement and deformation during construction met the necessary standards.These techniques provide a new solution for traffic maintenance in tunnel extension projects.
