摘要
特发性肺纤维化是呼吸系统中常见疑难病、多发病,其病因繁多,病机复杂,文章从生理、病理等方面阐述肺肾两脏之间的关系,认为肺肾虚损是其根本原因并贯穿疾病始终。从中医基本理论支持及现代临床思维论述肺肾同病引发特发性肺纤维化的原理,针对此病机特点,提出肺肾同治的治疗思路,以期指导临床诊疗。
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a common and difficult disease in the respiratory system.Its etiology is varied and its pathogenesis is complex.This paper expounds the relationship between lung and kidney from the aspects of physiology and pathology,and thinks that lung and kidney deficiency is its fundamental cause and runs through the disease.Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern clinical thinking,this paper discusses the principle of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis caused by lung-kidney co-treatment,and puts forward the treatment idea of lung-kidney co-treatment to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
