摘要
当前,浸没式液冷散热方式所展示的突出散热性能、优良节能效果、显著社会经济价值和更长产品生命周期的特点,引得行业内外广泛的关注与研究。碳氢类、有机硅类和碳氟类等三类化合物是浸没式冷却液市场的主流选择。这三类冷却液的物化性能具有较明显的差异,各有优缺点的特性,无法进行简单的参数横向比较优劣,而且需要兼顾化学、物理特性参数,考虑冷却液对服务器高速信号完整性的影响。但是,业界并没有统一的共识或标准,来划分上述三类冷却液各项物化特性参数的权重,没有对各参数重要程度的优先级排序,这是服务器厂商在筛选合适的冷却液、在设计浸没式液冷系统时面临的痛点之一。运用层次分析法,计算出饱和蒸气压是权重最大的冷却液化学特性参数,介电常数是权重最大的物理特性参数,提供一种服务器厂商在冷却液选型和系统设计过程中的决策参考。
Three types of compounds,such as hydrocarbons,silicones,and fluorocarbons,are the mainstream choice in the immersion coolant market.The physical and chemical properties of these three types of coolant have obvious differences,each has its own advantages and disadvantages.There is no unified consensus or standard in the industry to divide the weight of the physical and chemical characteristics of the above three types of coolant,and there is no priority ranking of the importance of each parameter,which is one of the pain points faced by server manufacturers in screening suitable coolants and designing immersion liquid cooling systems.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy method is used to calculate that saturated vapor pressure is the chemical characteristic parameter of coolant with the largest weight,and dielectric constant is the physical characteristic parameter with the largest weight,which provides a decision-making reference for server manufacturers in the process of coolant selection and system design.
