基于OBE理念的《流行病学》课程思政教学改革的探索

摘要 《流行病学》是预防医学专业核心课程,是研究人群中疾病与健康状况的分布及其影响因素、并研究防治疾病及促进健康的策略和措施的一门理论与实践结合的学科。面对疾病预防控制的新挑战、实施“健康中国”战略的新任务和世界医学发展的新要求,为培养预防医学专业高素质应用型人才,文章将成果导向教育(outcome based education,OBE)理念融入《流行病学》课程教学,从岗位能力要求、学情分析、课程目标、教学方法、教学内容、过程化评价方式和长期效果评价反馈等几个方面构建融合课程思政的线上线下混合教学。文章以提高人才培养质量为目标,强调学生学习效果,建立多层次、多样化的课程教学体系,以期做到课程与思政融合,助力培养大健康视角下的高素质预防医学人才。 Epidemiology is a core course in preventive medicine,which combines theory and practice to study the distribution and influencing factors of diseases and health status in the population,as well as to study strategies and measures for disease prevention and health promotion.Faced with the new challenges of disease prevention and control,the new tasks of implementing the“Healthy China”strategy,and the new requirements of global medical development,this article integrates the concept of outcome based education(OBE)into the course teaching of Epidemiology in order to cultivate high-quality applied talents in preventive medicine.From the aspects of job ability requirements,learning situation analysis,course objectives,teaching methods,teaching contents,process evaluation methods,and long-term effect evaluation feedback,this article constructs an integrated online and off-line blended teaching of ideological and political education.This article aims to improve the quality of talent cultivation,emphasize the learning effectiveness of students and establish a multi-level and diversified curriculum teaching system,in order to achieve the integration of curriculum and ideological and political education,and help cultivate high-quality preventive medicine talents from the perspective of Great Health.
