摘要
目的:观察揿针联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法:选取104例AR患者,应用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各52例。对照组剔除4例,纳入48例;观察组剔除1例,纳入51例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合揿针治疗,2组均治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效、鼻炎症状评分及血清炎症因子水平。结果:治疗4周后,观察组总有效率94.12%,高于对照组81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组流涕、喷嚏、鼻塞、鼻痒评分均较治疗前降低,观察组上述4项鼻炎症状评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4 (IL-4)、白细胞介素-13 (IL-13)水平均较治疗前降低,观察组血清TNF-α、IL-4、IL-13水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:揿针联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗AR临床疗效较好,可有效缓解临床症状,抑制炎症反应,安全性较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of thumb-tack needling combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray on allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:A total of 104 cases of AR patients were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.In the control group,four cases were excluded and 48 cases were included.In the observation group,one case was excluded and 51 cases were included.The control group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray,and the observation group was additionally treated with thumb-tack needling based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The clinical effects,rhinitis symptom scores,and levels of serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:After four weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than that of 81.25%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The scores of runny nose,sneezing,nasal congestion,and nasal itch in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the scores of the above four rhinitis symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4),and interleukin-13(IL-13)in serum in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of TNF-α,IL-4,and IL-13 in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thumb-tack needling combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray has a good clinical effect in the treatment of AR,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and inhibit inflammatory responses with good safety.
