摘要
随着省界收费站取消,全国高速公路收费“一张网”运行,承担数据汇聚、计费管理、清分结算等重要功能的省级清分结算中心系统是全省联网收费的大脑,也是全国“一张网”的核心。宁夏清分结算中心在需求分析基础上,结合灾备技术架构模型,进行同城灾备系统建设方案研究,以实现省级清分结算中心系统的高可靠性、高可用性和7×24小时不间断服务。
With the abolition of provincial toll stations on highways,the nationwide highway toll“one network”operation has been implemented.The provincial clearing and settlement center system,which undertakes important functions such as data aggre‑gation,billing management,and clearing and settlement,is the brain of the provincial network toll collection and the core of the na‑tionwide“one network”.Based on the analysis of requirements,Ningxia Clearing and Settlement Center combines with the techni‑cal architecture framework model to study the construction plan of the disaster recovery system,aiming to achieve high reliability,high availability,and 7×24 hours uninterrupted service of the provincial clearing and settlement center system.
