摘要
针对永磁同步直线电动机在矿山运输系统中动子吸附铁屑和磁性尘沙的问题,现提出了一种可以安装在定子上的清洁装置,通过设计清扫吸附装置的结构,应用有限元仿真软件计算动子吸附铁屑和磁性尘沙的受力情况,使用流体仿真软件计算清洁装置清除动子表面铁屑和磁性尘沙所需的风量和风速。通过清洁装置的样机试验表明,清洁装置具有良好的清扫和吸附铁屑、灰尘的能力,达到永磁同步电动机永磁体动子表面清洁的效果。
Aiming at the problem of adsorbing iron filings and magnetic dust on rotor of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor in the mining transportation system,this paper proposes a cleaning and adsorbing device that can be installed in the stator.By designing the structure of the device,this paper calculates the force condition of rotor on which surface the iron filings and magnetic is adsorbed by finite-element simulation software,and calculates the air volume and wind speed required for the device to remove iron filings and magnetic dust on the surface of the rotor by fluid simulation software.It is showed that the device has a good ability to clean and adsorb the iron filings and dust based on the device prototype test,which has achieved the effect of cleaning the rotor surface of permanent magnet synchronous linear motors.
