纳米粒子对水热炭微球结构及吸光发热性能的影响

Effect of nanoparticles on structure and photothermalperformance of hydrothermal carbon microspheres

摘要 以纳米TiO_(2)、纳米TiN、碳纳米管(CNTs)为成核剂,D-半乳糖为原料,乙酸为催化剂,采用水热法制备了具有吸光发热功能的复合炭微球。通过扫描电镜、傅里叶红外、X射线衍射、光照升温、光热水蒸发等测试研究了纳米粒子类型对水热炭微球结构和吸光发热性能的影响。结果表明,纳米粒子类型对炭微球粒径产生了显著影响,3种复合炭微球中,CNTs@C炭微球粒径最小,尺寸最均匀,光照升温性能最优,其涂层织物表现出良好的光热水蒸发性能,在海水淡化领域具有潜在的应用价值。 Using nano-TiO_(2),nano-TiN,and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)as nucleating agents,D-galactose as raw materials and acetic acid as catalysts,carbon composite microspheres with light heating functions were prepared by hydrothermal method.The effects of nan⁃oparticles on the structure and properties of composite carbon microspheres were studied by scanning electron microscopy,Fourier infra⁃red,X-ray diffraction,and photothermal test.Their application as photothermal materials was discussed.The results show that the type of nanoparticle plays a significant role in influencing the particle size of carbon microspheres.Among the three kinds of composite carbon microspheres,CNTs@C carbon microspheres have the smallest particle size,the most uniform particle size distribution,and the best photothermal performance,and the coated fabric shows good evaporation performance of solar water evaporation,which has potential val⁃ue in the application field of seawater desalination.
