摘要
为促进乌鲁木齐地区集装箱铁水联运发展,使乌鲁木齐集装箱铁水联运发展适应现代综合交通运输体系的要求,本文在分析乌鲁木齐地区货源结构及区位特点的基础上,剖析生产企业运输经营模式选择的影响因素,分析目前乌鲁木齐地区铁水联运组织中存在的主要问题,提出争取铁海快线客车化班列运输组织、设置铁海快线运输价格下浮、提供铁水联运电子提单服务、建设铁水联运信息服务平台等多项合理化建议,并为乌鲁木齐地区集装箱铁水联运发展提供新思路。其为内陆地区铁水联运的发展起到示范作用,有助于推动内陆地区铁水联运高质量发展。
In order to promote the development of con tainer rail-water combined transportation in Urumqi and adapt the development of container rail-water combined transportation in Urumqi to the requirements of modern comprehensive transportation system,on the basis of analyzing the source structure and location characteristics of Urumqi,the influencing factors of the choice of transportation operation mode of production enterprises are analyzed,the main problems existing in the current rail-water combined transportation organization in Urumqi are analyzed,and it is proposed to strive for the transportation organization of the rail-sea express passenger train,set up the price of the rail-sea express transportation,and provide the electronic bill of lading service of rail-water combined transportation.A number of rationalization suggestions such as the construction of a rail-water combined transportation information service platform provide new ideas for the development of container rail-water combined transport in Urumqi,play a demonstration role in the development of rail-water combined transport in inland areas,and help promote the high-quality development of rail-water combined transport in inland areas.
