公路桥梁施工中机械设备选型与配置优化研究

Research on the Selection and Optimization of Mechanical Equipment Configuration in Highway Bridge Construction

摘要 为实现公路桥梁施工中机械设备的选型与配置优化,针对施工过程中常见的进度延误、成本增加以及安全隐患等问题,通过分析当前城市化建设背景下公路桥梁施工特点,系统评估了不同机械设备在各种施工环境中的性能表现,对设备选型与配置方案进行了优化。研究发现,合理的机械设备选型与配置可以显著提高施工效率,降低施工成本,同时增强工程的整体安全性。 In order to optimize the selection and configuration of mechanical equipment in highway bridge construction,and to address common issues such as schedule delays,cost increases,and safety hazards during the construction process,the characteristics of highway bridge construction under the current urbanization background were analyzed.The performance of different mechanical equipment in various construction environments was systematically evaluated,and the equipment selection and configuration plan was optimized.Research has found that reasonable selection and configuration of mechanical equipment can significantly improve construction efficiency,reduce construction costs,and enhance the overall safety of the project.
