摘要
菌渣具有独特的理化性质和丰富的养分,基质化再利用的潜力显著。与此同时,我国食用菌产业产生的菌渣数量庞大,对于基质材料的市场需求也相当旺盛。随着人们对生态环境保护和可持续发展的日益重视,菌渣的基质化利用显得尤为重要。综述了菌渣的基本理化性质,列举了菌渣在基质化方面的几种应用以及当前菌渣基质化利用中所面临的若干问题。
Mushroom residue exhibits distinctive physicochemical properties and a rich nutrient profile,suggesting significant potential for reutilization as a substrate.Concurrently,the mushroom industry in China generates a substantial volume of residue,meeting a robust market demand for substrate materials.Against the backdrop of escalating concerns regarding ecological conservation and sustainable development,the utilization of mushroom residue as a substrate assumes paramount importance.The fundamental physicochemical properties of edible fungi residues are reviewed,various applications of substrate reutilization,and elucidates several challenges encountered in the current utilization of edible fungi residues as a substrate are listed.
