摘要
深入探讨在酒店服务教育中,教师的创意教学信念、行为与社群学习环境之间的交互关系。鉴于酒店业的迅猛发展和对高级管理人才的迫切需求,创意教学在培育具有创新意识和实践能力的人才中扮演着举足轻重的角色。研究的核心目标是理解教师的创意教学信念如何经由他们参与专业学习社群的动机和实际情况,来影响其创意教学的实践行为。为了检验创意教学信念、参与专业学习社群的动机与情形以及创意教学行为之间的关联,采纳了结构方程模型方法,通过收集281位酒店服务专业教师的数据,进行了详细的统计分析。研究流程涵盖了对创意教学信念、行为与社群学习环境的定义界定,基于文献的研究假设提出,结构方程模型的构建,相应研究工具的编制与验证,最终利用先进的统计软件,对模型进行了严谨的验证与深入的分析。经过研究得出以下结论:教师的创意教学信念对其创意教学行为产生了正向的间接影响,并且这种影响是通过增强他们参与专业学习社群的动机来实现的。当教师持有强烈的创意教学信念时,他们更倾向于积极地参与专业学习社群。这提升了他们在社群中的活跃度和参与度,最终显著地促进了其创意教学行为的展现。
This study focuses on the interaction of creative teaching beliefs,behaviors,and the community learning environment in hotel service education.With the rapid development of the hotel industry,there is a growing demand for senior hotel management talents.Creative teaching,as an essential method for cultivating talents with innovative awareness and practical abilities,is particularly important in hotel service education.The research aims to explore how teachers’creative teaching beliefs influence their actual creative teaching behaviors through the motivation and context of participating in professional learning communities.The study uses structural equation modeling to conduct a statistical analysis of data collected from 281 hotel service teachers,examining the relationships among creative teaching beliefs,motivations and contexts for participating in professional learning communities,and creative teaching behaviors.The research process first defines the concepts and connotations of creative teaching beliefs,behaviors,and community learning environments through a literature review.Based on the literature,research hypotheses are proposed.A structural equation model is then constructed,and the corresponding research tools are developed and tested.Finally,the model is validated and analyzed using statistical software.The findings of this study are as follows:Creative teaching beliefs have a positive indirect effect on creative teaching behaviors,with the motivation and context of participating in professional learning communities serving as mediating factors.Teachers’creative teaching beliefs enhance their motivation to participate in professional learning communities,which in turn increases their engagement in these communities,ultimately promoting the manifestation of creative teaching behaviors.
