摘要
应激指动物机体对内部或外界的超常刺激所产生的非特异性应答反应的总和,应激具有双向性,分为顺应性和逆应性。顺应激可增强机体防御能力是有利的,逆应激会造成动物机体内环境失衡、生理、生化、免疫和行为学发生改变是有害的。通常所说的应激反应指的是逆应激,运输应激是日常生活中常见的一种逆应激。动物因运输应激轻者影响生产性能,重者导致动物大面积死亡,为减少动物运输应激,需及时采取一系列防治措施,主要从加强日常饲养管理和做好运输前、中、后相关应激处理工作着手,通过多途径多方式减少动物的应激来源,将可能因产生应激而导致的经济损失降到最低。
