摘要
目的:对两种术式在腹股沟疝患者中的应用效果进行对比和分析。方法:参与研究的80例腹股沟疝患者为江西省兴国县人民医院于2021年1月~2022年12月所收治。按随机数字表法分成两组:对照组(传统疝修补术,n=40)、观察组(腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术,n=40)。观察和比较两组手术效果。结果:组间围术期相关指标差异显著(P<0.05),其中观察组各指标更优。术前组间各炎症因子差异程度不大(P>0.05);术后各组炎症因子水平均上升,与术前差异显著(P<0.05);术后组间炎症因子水平差异显著(P<0.05),其中观察组水平更低。组间并发症发生率差异显著(P<0.05),其中观察组发生率更低。结论:较之传统疝修补术,腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术对腹股沟疝患者的安全性更高,创伤性更小。
Objective:To compare and analyze the application effect of two surgical methods in patients with inguinal hernia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with inguinal hernia were admitted to Xingguo People’s Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method:control group(traditional hernia repair,n=40)and observation group(extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair,n=40).The surgical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:There were significant differences in perioperative indicators between the two groups(P<0.05),and the indicators in the middle observation group were better than those in the other two groups.There was no significant difference in inflammatory factors between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in each group increased after operation,and the difference was significant compared with that before operation(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups after operation(P<0.05),and the levels of inflammatory factors in the middle observation group were lower than those in the other two groups.There was a significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with traditional hernia repair,extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair is safer and less invasive for patients with inguinal hernia.
