摘要
案例教学法作为培养学生应用能力主要教学方法,随着经济社会环境的发展,需要进行案例教学变革与实际教学更加贴合。同时,进行专业课程案例教学,也是为了解决目前新商科专业课程教学过程中普遍存在的实践不足的问题。在案例教学过程中,案例教学法的教学设计、学生参与和学习效果均较为薄弱,为了提升新商科专业课程案例教学的效率,结合已有文献的研究观点,识别案例教学的创新驱动因素。首先是解决目前的新商科专业课程案例教学的问题,其次是在课程案例教学中融入新内容,即在案例教学过程中融入课程思政元素,融入产教融合元素,将毕业生的就业单位和毕业论文案例引入教学,鼓励学生参与创新案例研讨。最后是进一步延申案例教学过程是将已有的案例资源进行案例开发,基于动态发展案例群开发和基于情景的即兴案例教学。
Case teaching method as the main teaching method to cultivate students'application ability,with the development of the economic and social environment,the need for case teaching change and actual teaching more closely.At the same time,the case teaching of professional courses,but also in order to solve the current teaching process of the new business professional courses in the prevalence of insufficient practice.In the case teaching process,the teaching design,student participation and learning effect of the case teaching method are weak,in order to improve the efficiency of case teaching in new business professional courses,and to identify the innovative driving factors of case teaching by combining the research perspectives of the existing literature.The first is to solve the current problems of case teaching in new business major courses,followed by incorporating new contents in course case teaching,i.e.,integrating elements of course ideology and politics into the case teaching process,integrating elements of industry-education integration,introducing graduates'employment units and thesis cases into teaching,and encouraging students to participate in innovative case seminars.The last is to further extend the case teaching process is the case development of existing case resources,based on the dynamic development of case group development and improvisation case teaching based on scenarios.
