摘要
建筑小区的雨水径流控制工程是海绵城市建设的上游工程,包含了源头减排的微排水系统和排水管渠的小排水系统,需要控制径流总量和径流峰值等指标;需控制的雨水年径流总量根据年径流总量控制率,采用“容积法”和硬化指标匹配法计算出对应的汇水面积及调蓄量;而雨水径流峰值在全国各地出现或算法各异或条件参数不详的情况,影响到海绵城市建设工程管控指标的合理性与可达性,故通过对比解读相关国标、地标,范例,探讨建筑小区雨水径流峰值的计算方法并提出建议,旨在为同类工程的设计提供参考。
The stormwater runoff control project of the building community is the upstream project of sponge city construction,which includes the micro-drainage system for source emission reduction and the small drainage system for drainage pipes and canals.The total amount and peak value of runoff need to be controlled.According to the control rate of the total annual runoff,the corresponding catchment area and storage capacity are calculated by“volumetric method”.However,the occurrence of peak stormwater runoff in different parts of the country or different algorithms or unknown conditional parameters affects the rationality and accessibility of sponge city construction project control indicators.Therefore,by comparing and interpreting relevant national standards,landmarks and examples,this paper discusses the calculation method of stormwater runoff peak value in building districts and puts forward suggestions.The purpose is to provide reference for the design of similar projects.
