摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径应用于慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉手术患者围术期护理的效果。方法:选取2023年中国人民武装警察部队特色医学中心收治的98例接受手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各49例。对照组患者接受常规围术期护理,实验组患者在此基础上接受临床护理路径护理,对比两组患者健康知识知晓程度、心理状态、并发症发生情况。结果:实验组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组,健康知识各维度知晓程度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用临床护理路径对围术期慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者进行护理,可增强患者健康知识掌握程度,明显优化其心理状况,并有效减少并发症的发生,值得临床应用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the combined application of perioperative clinical nursing pathways and specialized health education on the level of health knowledge mastery and incidence of complications in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.METHODS From January 2023 to December 2023,98 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who received surgical treatment in the Chinese People’s Armed Police Force Characteristic Medical Center were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=49)and the experimental group(n=49).The control group received routine perioperative care,while the experimental group implemented a clinical nursing pathway combined with specialized health education on this basis.The level of health knowledge awareness,psychological status,and incidence of complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the experimental group had relatively lower psychological status scores and incidence of complications,and higher awareness of health knowledge,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSION By combining clinical nursing pathways with specialized health education,interventions for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can enhance their understanding of health knowledge,significantly optimize their psychological status,and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.It is worth widely applying.
