城市道路高韧超薄沥青路面磨耗层施工技术及应用

摘要 本文简述了高韧超薄沥青路面磨耗层施工技术及应用,包括高韧超薄沥青路面磨耗层的原材料检验、施工准备、施工组织、拌和、摊铺、碾压施工特点及要求,并针对下承层界面进行了处治,并分析其特点及优势。该施工技术能快速、高效维修路面开裂、轻微车辙、松散泛白等沥青路面病害,且具备改善抗滑性能、降噪、减水雾等优势。另外,因为其实施厚度仅为常用沥青路面表面层厚度的1/3~1/2,此施工技术可在节约沥青路面工程造价与维修成本30%~40%的同时,降低对自然资源与相关能源的消耗,是一类绿色、环境友好型沥青路面铺面技术。 This article briefly describes the construction technology and application of high toughness and ultra-thin asphalt pavement wear layer,including the raw material inspection,construction preparation,construction organization,mixing,paving,and rolling construction characteristics and requirements of the high toughness and ultra-thin asphalt pavement wear layer.It also treats the interface of the lower bearing layer and analyzes its characteristics and advantages.This technology can quickly and efficiently repair asphalt pavement cracks,slight ruts,loose whitening and other asphalt pavement diseases.It can also improve anti-skid performance,noise reduction,water mist reduction and other advantages.In addition,due to the implementation thickness being only 1/3 to 1/2 of the thickness of the traditional asphalt upper layer,this type of technology can save costs and maintenance costs by 30%to 40%,while reducing resource and energy consumption,making it an environmentally friendly paving technology.
