摘要
为更好地开展FOCKE FX-2包装机内框纸间歇传送装置的标准化检修,避免维修中出现返工现象,利用瞬心法对该装置的运动规律和特点进行定性分析。通过分析,该装置的输入偏心齿轮转动角速度与输出齿轮角速度之间满足一定的关系,通过改变机架A点和D点之间的距离,可实现“正向加速—正向减速—正向加速”“正向加速—正向减速—瞬时停歇—正向加速”“正向加速—正向减速—瞬时停歇—反向加速—反向减速—瞬时停歇—正向加速”3种典型的间歇运动结果,进而形成不同的包装工序,满足不同的工艺要求。
In order to better carry out the standardized maintenance of the intermittent transfer device of the inner frame paper of FOCKE FX-2 packaging machine and avoid the phenomenon of rework during maintenance,the instantaneous center method was used to qualitatively analyze the movement rule and characteristics of the device.Through analysis,the angular speed of the input eccentric gear of the device meets A certain relationship with the angular speed of the output gear.By changing the distance between point A and point D of the frame,It can achieve three typical intermittent movement results of"forward acceleration-forward deceleration-forward acceleration","forward acceleration-forward deceleration-instantaneous stop-positive acceleration","Forward acceleration-forward deceleration-instantaneous stop-reverse acceleration-reverse deceleration-instantaneous stop-forward acceleration",and then form different packaging processes to meet different process requirements.
