摘要
针对钢铁企业使用的竖窑墙体结构形式采用了一种墙体复合砌筑浇注结构,即采用了浇注和砌筑共同进行。一方面采用锚固砖结构悬挂在炉墙内,起到浇注料的骨架作用;另一方面,采用异型砖在炉墙浇注料初步凝固期进行砌筑,起到整体墙体的骨架作用,最后进行整体浇注,此种复合炉墙结构形式在使用中可以大大提高炉窑墙体的使用寿命,值得推广和应用。
A composite method in which wall masonry and casting are conducted simultaneously is designed for the wall structure of kilns used by steel enterprises.First,an anchored brick structure hangs inside the kiln wall,serving as the skeleton for castables;second,special-shaped bricks,which serve as the frame for the whole wall,are used for masonry during the initial setting stage of castables,and then the overall casting follows.The service life of kiln wall is greatly extended by utilizing the composite wall structure,which is worth promoting and applying.
