摘要
以“茶艺”课程为例,基于解决问题的“五重”思路以及茶艺师国家职业标准、岗位工作能力需求和业态发展新趋势,对教学理念、教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段和教学评价等体系进行“革命性”改革,将“三环六步”教学模式和“四融通、四培育”育人策略灵活应用于教学实施全过程的“课堂革命”,改革有效破解了传统“茶艺”课程教学实践中面临的问题,使得学生的综合素养、学习能力、职业技能及岗位能力得以显著提升,具有一定的示范价值。
Taking the“Tea Art”course as an example,based on problem-solving strategy,as well as the national professional standards,job requirements,and new trends in the development of tea art teachers,revolutionary reforms have been carried out on teaching concepts,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation systems,The flexible application of the“Three Links and Six Steps”teaching model and the“Four Integration and Four Cultivation”education strategy throughout the entire process of teaching implementation,effectively solves a series of problems faced in the traditional teaching practice of the“Tea Art”course,and significantly improves students’comprehensive literacy,learning ability,vocational skills,and job abilities,which has certain demonstration value.
