摘要
连接臂是联接掘锚一体机与带式转载机的主要部件,其安全性和稳定性直接决定了掘进效率及掘进作业安全。掘锚一体机在截煤过程中设备持续振动,会不可避免地对连接臂产生振动,影响连接臂的使用寿命。利用Solid Works建立连接臂的三维模型,然后导入ANSYS Workbench中对连接臂模型进行模态及谐响应分析。通过模态分析得到连接臂各阶固有频率和振型并据此选择合适板材强度,避免发生共振;通过谐响应分析得到连接臂发生共振的频率和幅值,为连接臂的结构设计提供理论依据。
The connecting arm is the main component connecting the excavator anchor integrated machine and the belt transfer machine,and its safety and stability directly determine the excavation efficiency and safety of excavation operations.The continuous vibration of the excavator anchor integrated machine during the coal cutting process will inevitably cause vibration to the connecting arm,afecting its service life.Used SolidWorks to establish a three-dimensional model of the conecting am,and then imported it into ANSYS Workbench for modal and harmonic response analysis of the connecting arm model.Obtained the natural frequencies and modes of the connecting arm through modal analysis,and selected the appropriate plate strength based on them to avoid resonance.Through the harmonic response analysis,obtained the frequency and amplitude of resonance of the connecting am,which provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of the connecting arm.
