按需跟进式教学在研究生应用类课程中的实践研究——以科技论文配图设计与制作课程为例

摘要 由于知识结构和研究方向的差异,在一个教学班里,研究生对课程内容的需求是各有不同的。特别是应用类课程,研究生的技能需求更有着不同的指向。秉承因材施教、按需教学的理念,在研究生应用类课程科技论文配图设计与制作中,通过信息手段和课程教学组的努力,设计并践行按需跟进式教学方案。课前理清需求,重整教案,而后认真实施。结果表明,该教改实践效果较好,满足研究生的学习诉求,受到研究生的肯定。 Due to the differences in knowledge structures and research directions,postgraduates in one teaching class have different demands for course contents.The postgraduates have different directions of skill demands especially for application courses.Adhering to the concept of teaching students according to their aptitude and demands,we designed and implemented an on-demand follow-up teaching scheme in the Design and Production of Illustrations for Articles About Science and Technology,an application course for the postgraduates,through information means and the efforts of the course teaching group.We clarified the demands and remade a teaching scheme before the class;and then implemented the teaching scheme carefully.The results show that the teaching reform has a good effect in practice,meets the learning demands of the postgraduates,and is approved by the postgraduates.
