摘要
目的:探讨家庭参与式护理辅助结构化护理对脑梗死(CI)患者疾病不确定感、情绪管理的影响.方法:选取2020年1月至2022年12月本院收治的82例CI患者作为研究对象.按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=41,予以家庭参与式护理辅助结构化护理)和对照组(n=41,予以结构化护理模式干预).比较两组患者疾病不确定感、情绪管理、护理满意度.结果:干预后,两组患者疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)各项水平及总分、干预后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于干预前,且观察组患者更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在护理态度、生理护理、心理护理三个方面评分以及总满意度均高于对照组,但健康宣教评分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:家庭参与式护理辅助结构化护理对CI患者疾病不确定感、情绪管理有积极的影响,可以在一定程度上降低患者及其家属的疾病不确定感,减少焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪.
Objective:To study the effect of family participatory nursing assisted structured nursing on disease uncertainty and emotion management in patients with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods:A total of 82 patients with CI treated in our hospital between January 2020 and December 2022 were enrolled in this study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=41,given family participatory nursing assisted structured nursing)and control group(n=41,given structured nursing intervention).Disease uncertainty,emotion management,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores for items in the Mishel uncertainty in illness scale(MUIS)and total scores of both groups,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were reduced,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Scores of satisfactionsfor nursing attitude,physiological nursing and psychological nursing,as well as overall satisfaction were higher than those of control group,while he health education score was lower than that of control group,and the dfferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family participatory nursing assisted structured nursing has positive effect on disease uncertainty and emotion management of patients with CI.It can reduce disease uncertainty of both patients and their family members and alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.
