一种配电电缆通道防外破系统设计

摘要 为有效应对传统电缆通道警示效果不足和难以自行侦测异常的问题,特设计了一款创新智能电缆通道防外破系统。该系统的核心是结合电池供电的震动传感器,实时监测并识别电缆通道中的非常态震动,一旦检测到异常,系统利用NB-IoT技术迅速上传数据至中央服务器进行分析处理,不仅增强了电缆通道的安全防护,还提供了实时的警示和响应机制。实验验证结果显示,该系统具备出色的异常监测准确性,为电缆通道安全提供了新的保障措施。 In order to effectively deal with the insufficiency of the warning effect of the traditional cable channel and the difficulty of detecting abnormalities on its own,an innovative intelligent cable channel anti-breakage system is designed.The core of the system combines battery-powered vibration sensors,real-time monitoring and identification of nonconventional vibrations in the cable channel,and once the abnormality is detected,the system quickly uploads the data to the central server for analysis and processing by using the NB-IoT technology.In this way,it not only enhances the safety protection of the cable channel,but also provides a real-time warning and response mechanism.After experimental verification,the system possesses excellent accuracy of abnormal monitoring,which provides a new safeguard measure for the safety of the cable channel.
