摘要
【目的】随着气象观测自动化和业务信息化的逐步推进,监测和传输的气象数据呈几何倍数增长,对网络传输系统的承载能力提出了更高的要求,因此需要构建一个稳定、可靠、安全的网络系统。【方法】结合气象高质量发展的信息化要求和聊城市气象局的实际业务需求,在系统建设方面,通过线路冗余、堆叠技术、链路聚合等措施保证线路传输的稳定性。在后期运维方面,通过动环系统和eSight纳管实现机房物理环境、网络设备状态、线路通断情况的实时监控。【结果】运用线路冗余、核心交换机堆叠措施,避免了线路故障、单点故障对业务运行的影响;链路聚合技术提高了骨干链路的带宽和可靠性,有效保证了业务正常运行;动环系统和esight纳管实时监控机房环境、设备及线路状态,便于运维人员收到报警后快速定位排查,提高故障处理效率。【结论】基于业务的实际需求,完成了聊城市气象局网络系统在建设和运维两个方面的部署,确保了气象业务7×24 h的稳定运行。
[Purposes]With the gradual advancement of meteorological observation automation and busi⁃ness informatization,the monitoring and transmission of meteorological data has increased geometrically,which puts forward higher requirements for the carrying capacity of the network transmission system,so it is necessary to build a stable,reliable and safe network system.[Methods]Combined with the informa⁃tization requirements of high-quality meteorological development and the actual business needs of Lia⁃ocheng Meteorological Bureau,in terms of system construction,the stability of line transmission is ensured through measures such as line redundancy,stacking technology and link aggregation,and in the later op⁃eration and maintenance,real-time monitoring of the physical environment,network equipment status,and line on/off of the computer room is realized through the dynamic environment monitoring system and eSight management.[Findings]Line redundancy and core switch stacking measures are used to avoid the impact of line faults and single points of failure on service operation,and link aggregation technology im⁃proves the bandwidth and reliability of backbone links,effectively ensuring the normal operation of ser⁃vices.The dynamic environment monitoring system and eSight can realize the real-time monitoring of the environment,equipment,and line status of the data center,which is convenient for operation and mainte⁃nance(O&M)personnel to quickly locate and troubleshoot after receiving alarms,and improve fault handling efficiency.[Conclusions]Based on the actual needs of the business,the deployment of the network system of Liaocheng Meteorological Bureau in construction and O&M was completed to ensure the stable operation of meteorological services 7×24 h.
