考虑源网荷储互动的台区峰谷负荷平衡方法研究

摘要 针对低压台区峰谷负荷平衡控制过程中供电效能耗损量较大、峰谷差率较高的问题,提出考虑源网荷储深度互动的低压台区峰谷负荷平衡方法。分析源网负荷深度互动,并构建相应的影响模型。选择低压台区峰谷负荷平衡电气参数,得到低压台区理论控制模型。根据多目标函数求解方法,设定峰谷负荷平衡目标函数与约束条件。利用变压器构建低压台区源网荷储平衡调整枢纽,实现低压台区峰谷负荷平衡。试验结果证明:此方法应用后供电效能耗损量较低,且供电单元的峰谷差率及负荷率也有所降低。该方法具有较高的应用价值,能够确保电力系统的平稳运行。 Aiming at the problems of large power supply efficiency depletion and high peak-to-valley difference rate in the process of peak-to-valley load balancing control in low-voltage station areas,a peak-to-valley load balancing method of low-voltage station areas considering the depth of source-network-load-storage interaction is proposed.The source-network load depth interaction is analyzed and the corresponding influence model is constructed.The electrical parameters of peak-valley load balancing in low-voltage station area is selected and the theoretical control model of low-voltage station area is got.According to the multi-objective function solution method,the peak-to-valley load balance objective function and constraints are set.Utilize transformer to construct low-voltage station area source-network-load-storage balance adjustment hub to realize peak-to-valley load balance in low-voltage station area.The test results prove that the power supply efficiency loss is relatively low after the application of this method,and the peak-to-valley difference rate and load rate of the power supply unit are also reduced.The method has high application value,and can ensure the smooth operation of the power system.
