摘要
近年来,受全球气候变化影响,超强降雨等极端天气增多,瑞金市城市频繁有较大洪涝灾害发生,严重影响全市社会经济发展。本文以近年来瑞金市发生的“2019.7.14”“2022.6.13”两次特大洪灾为出发点,针对城市上游防洪控制性枢纽日东水库对城市防洪的效益进行分析,重点从控制性枢纽工程发挥重要防洪减灾作用方面,提炼出相关改造提升措施。其成果可为其他相关类型城市防洪提供参考。
In recent years,under the influence of global climate change,extreme weather such as super rainfall has increased,and Ruijin city has frequently suffered from large floods,which seriously affected the social and economic development of the city.Based on the two major flood events of"2019.7.14"and"2022.6.13"in Ruijin city in recent years,this paper fully analyzes the benefits of urban flood control by Ridong reservoir,located at the urban upstream as a flood control hub,and extracts relevant improvement measures from the aspect of important roles in flood control and disaster reduction played by the control hub.The results can provide reference for other related types of cities.
