基于AutoCAD二次开发技术的光伏专用电缆敷设插件的应用

APPLICATION OF PV CABLE LAYING PLUG-IN BASED ON AutoCAD SECONDARY DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGY

摘要 考虑到目前光伏发电项目中光伏专用电缆敷设设计工作尚未有一套效率高、准确性好的设计方法,大部分设计单位仍采用人工绘图或比例估计的方法。基于此,开发了一套基于AutoCAD二次开发技术的可辅助光伏发电项目中光伏专用电缆敷设工作的插件——光伏专用电缆敷设插件。首先以某实际光伏发电项目的光伏专用电缆敷设为例,对该插件的功能设计与实现进行了介绍;然后对各功能的操作界面进行了说明;最后将常用的光伏专用电缆敷设设计方法和光伏专用电缆敷设插件的设计效果进行对比。研究结果显示:人工绘图方法的设计耗时最高,且统计结果准确度较差;比例估计方法无论是从统计结果准确度还是成果完整性来说,均不及光伏专用电缆敷设插件的设计效果;而光伏专用电缆敷设插件在设计耗时、成果完整性、设计电缆长度与实际使用电缆长度的差值方面均表现较优,是最优的设计方法。该研究结果的应用可降低光伏专用电缆敷设的设计难度,提高图纸绘制效率,并降低施工难度。 Considering that there is currently no efficient and accurate design method for PV cable laying design work in PV power generation projects,most design units still use manual drawing or proportional estimation methods.Based on this,this paper has developed a set of plug-in based on AutoCAD secondary development technology that can assist in the design work of PV cable laying in PV power generation projects——PV cable laying plug-in.Firstly,taking the PV cable laying of a certain actual PV power generation project as an example,the functional design and implementation of the plug-in are introduced.Then,the operating interfaces of each function are explained.Finally,the commonly used methods for PV cable laying design and the PV cable laying plug-in will be compared in terms of their design effectiveness.The research results show that the design time of manual drawing method is the highest,and the accuracy of statistical results is poor.The proportion estimation method is inferior to the design effect of PV cable laying plug-in in terms of both statistical accuracy and completeness of results.The PV cable laying plug-in has performed well in design time,completeness of results,and the difference between the designed cable length and the actual cable length used,making it the optimal design method.The application of this research result can reduce the design difficulty of PV cable laying,improve the efficiency of drawing,and reduce the difficulty of construction.
