光动力疗法辅助治疗牙周疾病的研究进展

摘要 光动力疗法(PDT)作为一种新兴的辅助治疗技术,已经被广泛应用在牙体、牙周治疗等口腔相关领域。该技术是通过光敏剂诱导细胞的凋亡,调节免疫反应,减轻组织的炎症。在牙周疾病治疗中,PDT可有效改善牙周组织的破坏进程,并促进牙周组织的再生。本文就PDT辅助治疗牙周疾病的研究进展作一综述,为牙周炎的治疗提供新的策略。 As an emerging adjunctive therapeutic technique,photodynamic therapy(PDT)has been widely used in various oral health field,including caries,endodontics and periodontal treatment.The mechanism of photodynamic therapy is to induce apoptosis of cells in the designated area by using photosensitizers to regulate the immune response and reduce inflammation.In the treatment of periodontal diseases,PDT can effectively improve the destructive process of periodontal tissues and promote periodontal tissue regeneration.This article reviews the research progress of PDT in the treatment of periodontitis and provides a new strategy for the treatment of periodontitis.
