摘要
针对桥梁多向变位的复杂工程需求,创新性提出了一种设有纵向和横向位移箱的防松脱多向变位梳齿板伸缩装置。该伸缩装置采用高强螺栓和叠层橡胶垫块构成的弹性锚固系统,有效解决了传统梳齿板伸缩装置中常见的螺栓松脱问题。采用有限元分析方法,综合考虑了如车轮荷载、梁体横向变位以及竖向变位等工况,对比分析了防松脱多向变位梳齿板伸缩装置与其他3种类型伸缩装置(传统梳齿板伸缩装置、无纵向位移箱梳齿板伸缩装置以及无横向位移箱梳齿板伸缩装置)的力学性能。研究结果表明,防松脱多向变位梳齿板伸缩装置的位移箱设计可显著增强其在桥梁发生较大幅度变位时的稳定性和可靠性。同时,弹性锚固系统不仅有效减少了螺栓松脱的风险,还在伸缩装置使用过程中起到了降噪的作用,进一步提升了桥梁的整体运行安全性,并延长了梳齿板伸缩装置的使用寿命,在桥梁工程领域具有重要的应用前景和技术优势。
To address the complex engineering requirements of bridge multi-directional displacement,the novel anti-loosening multi-directional displacement comb-plate expansion joint with longitudinal and transverse displacement boxes was proposed.This expansion joint employed the elastic anchoring system composed of high-strength bolts and layered rubber pads,effectively resolving the common issue of bolt loosening in traditional expansion joints.Through the finite element analysis,various operational conditions(e.g.,wheel loads,transverse and vertical displacements of girders)were comprehensively considered.The comparative analysis on mechanical properties was conducted among the anti-loosening multi-directional displacement comb-plate expansion joint and other 3 types of joints,i.e.,the traditional comb-plate expansion joint,expansion joint without longitudinal displacement box,and expansion joint without transverse displacement box.The result indicates that the design of displacement box in the anti-loosening multidirectional displacement comb-plate expansion joint significantly enhances its stability and reliability when the bridge undergoes substantial displacements.Simultaneously,the elastic anchoring system not only effectively reduces the risk of bolt loosening,but also contributes to noise reduction during the expansion joint operation,thereby further enhancing the overall operational safety of bridge and extending the service life of expansion joint.The anti-loosening multi-directional displacement comb-plate expansion joint demonstrates the important application prospects and technical advantages in the field of bridge engineering.
