氟化物和抗菌材料联合运用在龋病防治中的研究进展

摘要 龋病是在以细菌为主的多种因素影响下,发生在牙体硬组织的一种慢性进行性破坏性疾病。龋病的发生因素和病理结构特点提示我们单独使用抗菌材料或再矿化材料都只能起到有限的龋病防治效果,而将二者联合运用则是一种更为积极有效的龋病防治手段。氟化物是最常用的再矿化材料,将其与抗菌材料联合运用,不仅可以减轻过量使用氟化物带来的不良后果,还可以有效阻止龋病的发生发展,是近年来人们研究的热点。本文就氟化物和抗菌材料联合运用在龋病防治中的研究进展作一综述。 Dental caries is a chronic,progressive and destructive disease occurs in the dental hard tissues and mainly caused by cariogenic bacteria.The etiology and pathological characteristics of dental caries suggest that compared with remineralization or antibacterial materials monotherapy in preventing and treating dental caries,The combined use of the two materials may be more active and effective.It is well known to all that fluoride is the most commonly used reminer-alization material,and fluoride-antibacterial material combined therapy has become a hot research in recent years for the reason that it cannot only reduce adverse conseguences caused by excessive use of fluoride,but also effectively prevent the occurrence and developnent of dental caries.This article reviews the recent research progress in fluoride-antibacterial ma-terial combined therapy in preventon and treatment of dental caries.
