摘要
本文通过对全国气象观测质量管理体系用户需求进行调查分析,基于B/S架构模式设计了一套适用于全国各气象部门的气象观测质量管理体系业务平台。该平台可对体系运行情况进行分析,协助管理员查看业务运行状态,有效减少管理员在体系工作方面的工作量。通过展示科技论文、科研项目、标准、专利、软著等相关科技成果,加强各省局间的科技成果共享,利用“个性化报告”功能,使满意度、外供方调查问卷更符合各省特色。该业务平台的顺利实现和应用有效促进了全国气象观测质量管理体系的良好运行。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the users’demand of the national meteorological observation quality management system,this paper designs a set of business platform of meteorological observation quality management system suitable for all meteorological departments in China,based on B/S architecture.The platform can analyze the operation of the system,aid administrators in monitoring business operation status,and efficiently alleviate the workload of administrators in system work.Through the display of scientific and technological achievements including papers,research projects,standards,patents,and software copyrights,the sharing of scientific and technological achievements among provincial bureaus.By using the“personalized report”function,the satisfaction surveys and external supplier questionnaires can be better in line with the characteristics of each province.The smooth implementation and application of the business platform has effectively promoted the excellent operation of the national meteorological observation quality management system.
