摘要
为了丰富岑溪软枝油茶(Cenxi soft-branch Camellia oleifera)系列良种无性系和遗传多样性,防止规模化种植品种单一问题,在岑溪市林业科学研究所开展‘岑软ZJ11’‘岑软ZJ14’‘岑软ZJ24’及‘岑软3-62’4个岑溪软枝油茶二代新品种试验种植,对其幼林生长情况进行调查,通过方差分析、树形指数、综合评分法等分析方法,选出在岑溪表现最优质的品种,并分析不同品种的遗传力及遗传增益。结果表明:岑软二代新品种成活率有显著差异,但均超过85%,能适应岑溪本地气候正常生长。造林后第1年,‘岑软3-62’的树高、‘岑软ZJ14’的冠幅面积显著优于其他二代新品种;造林第2年后,各油茶品种间树高无显著差异。树形指数表明‘岑软ZJ14’‘岑软24号’‘岑软3-62’树形呈开张形,‘岑软ZJ24’‘岑软ZJ11’树形呈球形。各品种开花率有显著差异,且岑软二代新品种早期营养生长较强。油茶成活率、冠幅、开花率有较高的遗传力(0.74~0.86),树高的遗传力相对较低(0.26)。参试的各品种间遗传增益不同,存在遗传多样性。综合结果表明,‘岑软3-62’在岑溪种植的早期生长表现比较优异。
In order to enrich the clones and genetic diversity of Cenxi soft-branch Camellia oleifera series and prevent the problem of large-scale planting of single varieties,four second-generation new varieties of Cenxi soft-branch C.oleifera,namely‘Cenruan ZJ11’‘Cenruan ZJ14’‘Cenruan ZJ24’and‘Cenruan 3-62’were planted experimentally at the Cenxi Forestry Research Institute.The growth of young forests was investigated,and the varieties with the best performance in Cenxi were selected by analysis methods such as variance analysis,tree-shape index,comprehensive scoring method and other analysis methods,and the heritability and genetic gain of different varieties were analyzed.The results showed that the survival rate of Cenruan second-generation new varieties was significantly different,but more than 85%,which could adapt to the normal growth of Cenxi local climate.In the first year after afforestation,the tree height of‘Cenruan 3-62’and the crown area of‘Cenruan ZJ14’were significantly better than those of other second-generation new varieties.After the second year of afforestation,there was no significant difference in tree height among C.oleifera varieties.The tree-shape index showed that the tree shape of‘Cenruan ZJ14’‘Cenruan 24’and‘Cenruan 3-62’was open,while that of‘Cenruan ZJ24’and‘Cenruan ZJ11’was spherical.The flowering rate of each variety was significantly different,and the early vegetative growth of Cenruan second-generation new varieties was stronger.The heritability of survival rate,crown width and flowering rate of C.oleifera was higher(0.74~0.86),and the heritability of tree height was relatively lower(0.26).The genetic gain among the tested varieties was different,indicating the existence of genetic diversity.The comprehensive average method showed that‘Cenruan 3-62’had excellent early growth performance in Cenxi.
