摘要
为探究不同浓度IAA浸种后,干旱胁迫下辣椒种子萌发特性和早期幼苗的生长情况,对4个辣椒品种(6421、博辣9号、兴蔬曲美和兴蔬215)用浓度为0 mg/L、0.1 mg/L、1.0 mg/L和2.0 mg/L的IAA浸种处理,后用15%PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫进行发芽试验,测定辣椒种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长、芽长和根冠比。结果表明,不同浓度IAA浸种及不同品种对干旱胁迫下辣椒种子萌发的性状指标存在显著差异。1 mg/L浓度处理对6421辣椒种子萌发和幼苗生长促进作用明显;0.1 mg/L浓度处理和1.0 mg/L浓度处理分别对博辣9号辣椒种子萌发和幼苗生长促进作用明显;2.0 mg/L浓度处理对兴蔬曲美辣椒种子萌发和幼苗生长促进作用明显,2.0 mg/L浓度处理和1.0 mg/L浓度处理分别对兴蔬215辣椒种子萌发和幼苗生长促进作用明显。
In order to investigate the seed germination characteristics and early seedling growth of pepper under drought stress after seed soaking with different IAA concentrations,four pepper cultivars(6421,BoLa No.9,Xingshuqumei and XingShu 215)were treated with IAA concentrations of 0 mg/L,0.1 mg/L,1 mg/L and 2 mg/L.15%PEG-6000 was used to simulate drought stress for germination test,and the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,root length,shoot length and root-to-crown ratio were determined.The results showed that there were significant differences in the traits of pepper seed germination under drought stress with different concentrations of IAA soaking and different cultivars.The treatment of 1 mg/L concentration had obvious promoting effect on seed germination and seedling growth of 6421 pepper.The 0.1 mg/L concentration treatment and 1.0 mg/L concentration treatment significantly promoted the seed germination and seedling growth of pepper Bola No.9,respectively.The 2.0 mg/L concentration treatment significantly promoted the seed germination and seedling growth of Xingshuqumei pepper,and the 2.0 mg/L concentration treatment and 1.0 mg/L concentration treatment significantly promoted the seed germination and seedling growth of Xingshu 215 pepper,respectively.
