混合高弹性模量聚丙烯纤维增强混凝土相关性能研究

摘要 研究以C40混凝土为基体,混合高弹性模量的宏观与微观聚丙烯纤维为增强体,制备了混合高弹模聚丙烯纤维增强混凝土,并对其进行了工作性能、力学性能测试(抗压强度及抗折强度)、干燥收缩、塑性收缩及开裂性能测试(塑性开裂及环形收缩实验)。结果表明,在混凝土中掺入适量的混合聚丙烯纤维,不仅可以改善混凝土抗折强度与抗压强度,而且可以显著提升混凝土的抗裂性能。 In this study,C40 concrete was reinforced with blended high elastic modulus polypropylene fibers.Concrete working performance was test.Mechanical properties such as flexural strength and compressive strength were tested.Drying shrinkage test,plastic shrinkage test,and concrete ring test were performed to evaluate the cracking resistance of fiber reinforced concrete.The results showed that the flexural strength and compressive strength of concrete can be improved with the incorporation of polypropylene fibers.The results of drying shrinkage,plastic shrinkage,and concrete rings tests showed that the cracking risk can be significantly reduced.
