弹簧-梁模型计算浆锚连接节点受拉研究

摘要 为可靠解决涉及浆锚连接节点受拉工况的工程结构力学模拟计算问题,首先应用文献试验与模拟对比分析方法,验证滑移模型、断裂模型可靠性;然后应用弹簧-梁模型建立浆锚连接节点模型,赋予滑移模型、断裂模型本构关系,反复调整弹簧-梁模型R参数,复现3组预埋波纹管浆锚连接钢筋混凝土试件受拉试验;最后得到保证计算结果与文献试验数据较为接近的R参数值。引进Ductile Damage失效准则,梁单元断裂本构模型能准确模拟砂浆的黏结失效;仅改变钢筋预埋长度时,不影响R参数的取值。应用弹簧-梁模型模拟浆锚连接结构节点受拉问题,结果可靠,其中关键参数R可以通过试验与模拟对标方法确定。 In order to reliably solve the engineering structural mechanics calculation problem of slurry anchors connect under tension condition,firstly,the reliability of slip model and fracture model is verified by comparative analysis of experiment and simulation.Then,the spring-beammodel is applied to establish the joint of the slurry anchor connect,and the slip and fracture constitutive relationship are assigned to the model.Finally,the R parameter value is determined to ensure that the calculated results are close to the experimental data in the literature.The results show that the beam element fracture model can accurately simulate the bonding failure of mortar by introducing the Ductile Damage failure criterion,the value of parameter R is not affected only by changing the embedment length of rebar.The spring-beam model is used to simulate the joint tension problem of the slurry anchor connection structure,and the results are reliable.The key parameter R can be determined by test and simulation benchmarking method.
