摘要
针对传统大吨位灌注桩竖向抗拔静载试验存在耗材大、造价高、效率低、工作量大、安全风险大等问题,论文提出了一种新型大吨位基桩抗拔静载试验快速连接装置。该装置主要由抗拔拉杆、抗拔护筒等部分组成,试验前对装置的抗拔拉杆和抗拔护筒进行强度校核验算。通过在广州白云某工程项目大吨位抗拔静载试验的实际工程应用,试验表明该快速连接装置可大幅度降低大吨位抗拔静载试验的耗能耗材,适应性强,灵活性高,降低了基桩抗拔静载试验前准备工作的工作量,从而提高了检测、施工效率。
In response to the problems of high material consumption,high cost,low efficiency,large workload,and high safety risks in the vertical uplift static load test of traditional large tonnage cast-in-place piles,this paper proposes a new type of rapid connection device for the uplift static load test of large tonnage foundation piles.The device is mainly composed of anti-pull rods,anti-pull casing,and other parts.Before the test,the strength of the anti-pull rods and anti-pull casing of the device is verified and verified.Through the practical application of the large tonnage pull-out static load test in a certain engineering project in Baiyun,Guangzhou,the test shows that the quick connection device can significantly reduce the energy consumption and materials for the large tonnage pull-out static load test,with strong adaptability and high flexibility,reducing the workload of preparation work before the pile pull-out static load test,and thereby improving the efficiency of detection and construction.
