摘要
工业与民用建筑现浇梁钢筋常规采用现场绑扎安装的方式,钢筋笼在模外绑扎成型后再利用人力、手拉葫芦或塔吊等方式抬移入模,在成本、工效及安装质量等方面均存在工艺缺陷。本文针对传统技术的局限性制约,研制用于现浇梁钢筋笼绑扎安装的多功能台车,集装载运输、预穿箍筋、绑扎骨架、垂直升降等功能于一体,可简化操作工序,减轻劳动强度,节约人力资源及辅助材料,解决传统工艺质量通病,通用于梁高 1 000 mm 以内的矩形梁钢筋绑扎,并快速完成钢筋笼安装入模。
The cast-in-place beam reinforcement in industrial and civil buildings is usually installed by on-site binding.After being bound and formed outside the formwork,the reinforcement cage is lifted into the formwork by manpower,chain block,or tower crane,which has process defects in terms of cost,labor efficiency,and installation quality.Aiming at the limitations of traditional technology,this paper develops a multifunctional trolley for binding and installing cast-in-place beam reinforcement cages,which integrates functions such as loading and transportation,pre threading stirrups,binding the skeleton,and vertical lifting.It can simplify the operation process,reduce labor intensity,save human resources and auxiliary materials,and solve common quality problems in traditional processes.It is commonly used for binding rectangular beam reinforcement with a beam height of less than 1000mm,and quickly complete the installation of reinforcement cages into the mold.
