基于有限元仿真的特种车型配套轮胎的性能研究

摘要 基于有限元仿真方法,以MV3车型配套395/85R20轮胎为研究对象,研究配方、轮廓和结构等对轮胎耐久性能和高速性能的影响。结果表明:通过应用EVEC胶料、调整轮廓和结构设计等,在减小轮胎的质量同时提升了轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能。 Based on the finite element simulation method,the influence of the formula,profile and structure on the durability and high-speed performance of the tire was studied by taking OEM 395/85R20 tires for MV3 vehicles as the research object.The results showed that by applying the EVEC compound,adjusting the profile and structural design and so on,the durability and high-speed performance of the tire were improved while reducing its mass.
