摘要
近年来,校园食品安全事故频发,威胁着广大师生的生命健康安全。因此,笔者结合自身基层工作经验,以所在地为例,分析校园食堂中存在的食品安全问题,并提出相应的解决对策,以期为基层市场监管部门开展食品安全监管工作提供参考。
In recent years,campus food safety issues have occurred frequently,threatening the health and safety of teachers and students.Therefore,the author combined with their own grassroots work experience,taking the location as an example,to analyze the food safety problems existing in campus canteens,and put forward corresponding solutions,in order to provide reference for grassroots market supervision departments to carry out food safety supervision work.
