摘要
目的 建立地表水中头孢哌酮的荧光猝灭测定法。方法 在水样中加入Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液(pH 3.29)0.50 ml、2.50×10^(-4) mol/L吖啶黄溶液0.75 ml,室温反应5 min后,在激发波长266 nm,发射波长506 nm处进行荧光测定。结果 在0.07~5.0 mg/L的范围内,所得头孢哌酮的回归方程为ΔF=113.8x+1.0,r=0.999 1。该方法的检出限为0.022 mg/L,回收率为91.3%~95.4%,RSD为1.07%~3.64%。结论 该方法具有简便快速,灵敏度和准确度较高的优点,适用于地表水中头孢哌酮的检测。
Objective Totally to establish a fluorescence quenching method for the determination of cefoperazone in surface water.Methods Totally 0.50 ml Britton-Robinson buffer solution,0.75 ml 2.50×10-4 mol/L acriflavine solution were added into the water samples,after 5 min of reaction at room temperature,cefoperazone was determined with fluorimetry at ex=266 nm and em=506 nm.Results The linear relationship between quenching fluorescence intensity(△F)and concentration of cefoperazone was kept in the range of 0.07-5.0 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9991.The limit of detection was 0.022 mg/L,the rates of recovery were 91.3%-95.4%,the RSDs were 1.07%-3.64%.Conclusion This method is fast,simple,sensitive,accurate and is applicable to the determination of cefoperazone in surface water samples.
