摘要
本文对比分析了现有几种水泥窑炉烟气选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝工艺,探索水泥窑烟气SCR脱硝技术的最佳路径,并从系统运行的稳定性、运行成本的经济性及投资费用等方面进行了分析,认为脱硝除尘一体化的中温低尘SCR脱硝技术具有较好的优势及实用价值。
By comparing and analyzing several existing flue gas SCR denitration technologies of cement kilns,the best way of SCR denitration technology of cement kilns is explored,which can provide reference for the deep emission reduction of flue gas denitration in cement kilns.Based on the analysis of the stability of the system,the economy of the operation cost and the investment cost,the mid-temperature and low-dust SCR denitration technology with the integration of denitration and dedusting has better advantages and application value.
