摘要
目的:调查某医学院附属三甲医院实习中期临床专业实习医生人文关怀能力现状,分析其与社会支持情况、人文教育情况的关系,为改进临床教学方法,进一步提高实习生人文关怀能力提供参考。方法:选取102位临床专业实习生为研究对象,以一般资料调查表、社会支持情况调查表、人文教育情况调查表、人文关怀能力量表为研究工具进行横断面调查。结果:临床专业实习生人文关怀能力得分为(91.37±15.62)分。社会支持情况总分与人文关怀能力总分呈正相关(rs=0.410,P=0.000),人文关怀教育情况总分与人文关怀能力总分呈正相关(rs=0.630,P=0.000)。结论:教学管理者应运用多种形式的培训提升实习生人文关怀能力。
Objective:To investigate the current situation of humanistic care ability of clinical interns in a tertiary hospital affiliated to a medical college,and to analyze its relationship with social support and humanistic education,so as to provide reference for improving clinical teaching methods and further improving interns'humanistic care ability.Methods:A total of 102 clinical interns were selected as the research subjects,and a cross⁃sectional survey was conducted using general information,social support questionnaire,humanistic education questionnaire and humanistic care ability scale as research tools.Results:The score of humanistic care ability of clinical interns was(91.37 c72><21ae\u00b115.62)points.The total score of social support was positively correlated with the total score of humanistic care ability(rs=0.410,P=0.000),and the total score of humanistic care education was positively correlated with the total score of humanistic care ability(rs=0.630,P=0.000).Conclusion:Teaching managers should use various forms of training to improve interns'humanistic care ability.
