摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在脊柱骨折患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年9月-2022年9月于南京市高淳人民医院接受治疗的78例脊柱骨折患者进行研究,根据随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组和治疗组,各39例。对照组进行常规骨折护理,治疗组进行循证护理。观察两组治疗效果、住院时间、脊柱功能恢复时间、并发症发生情况及护理服务满意度。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,住院时间、脊柱功能恢复时间较对照组短(P<0.001)。治疗组并发症发生率较对照组低,护理服务满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理在脊柱骨折患者护理中的应用价值较高,能够缩短患者住院时间,促进脊柱功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with spinal fracture.Methods:A total of seventy-eight patients with spinal fracture who received treatment in Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected for this study.They were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group received routine fracture nursing,and the treatment group received evidence-based nursing.The therapeutic effect,hospital stay,spinal function recovery time,complications and nursing service satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the length of hospital stay and recovery time of spinal function were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.001);the complication rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of nursing service was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with spinal fracture is high,which can shorten the hospital stay of patients,promote the recovery of spinal function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
