摘要
高校学生党支部组织力提升是落实高校立德树人根本任务的重要保障,具有重要理论价值与时代价值。现有研究围绕这一主题,剖析高校学生党支部组织力提升面临的困境、问题、影响因素及原因、提升方法和路径,取得了许多成果,但仍存在较大的研究空间。活动理论为研究这一问题提供了新的理论框架和方法工具。本文全面剖析学生党支部组织力提升活动系统,选用有效的中介工具,合力构建共享客体,深入分析活动系统中的矛盾,遵循拓展性学习过程,尝试有效推动高校学生党支部组织力全面提升。
The improvement of the organizational ability of the student Party branch is an important guarantee to implement the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities,and has important theoretical value and era value.Focusing on this theme,the current research analyzes the difficulties,problems,influencing factors and reasons,improvement methods and paths for the organizational ability improvement of the university student Party branch.Although many achievements have been made,there is still a large research space.Activity theory provides a new theoretical framework and method tools for the study of this problem,This paper comprehensively analyses the student Party branch organization promotion system,chooses effective intermediary tools,builds shared object,gives a deep analysis of the contradictions in the system,and follows the extended learning process,hoping to effectively promote college student Party branch organizational ability.
