摘要
促分裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK)级联是植物中重要的信号传递通路,参与调控植株的多种生物和非生物胁迫。为研究SlMAPK3对番茄耐旱方面的影响,本试验以野生型番茄M82及其过表达SlMAPK3株系OE1、OE3、OE4为研究对象,定植田间后,6~7片真叶期进行中度干旱处理保持田间持水量45%~55%,于开花期,统计植株的高度、结果量,比较了不同株系之间果实大小、果实产量以及植株叶片抗氧化活性差异。在田间条件研究中发现,SlMAPK3过表达番茄株系的耐性更强,暗示SlMAPK3在番茄抗旱中发挥重要调控作用,为番茄抗逆育种奠定基础。
The mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)cascade is an important signal transmission pathway in plants.MAPK cascade participates in the regulation of a variety of biotic and abiotic stresses in plants.In order to study the influence of SlMAPK3 on drought tolerance in tomatoes planted in field,wild-type tomato M82 and its overexpression SlMAPK3 lines OE1,OE3,OE4 were used in this research.After planting in the field,6~7 true leaves were treated with moderate drought to maintain the water holding capacity of the field at 45%~55%.At flowering stage,plant height and fruit quantity were counted,and the differences of fruit size,fruit yield and antioxidant activity were compared from leaves in different lines.In field research,it was found that tomato lines of overexpressing SlMAPK3 were more tolerant to drought stress,suggesting that SlMAPK3 plays an important regulatory role in tomato drought resistance,laying the foundation for tomato stress-resistant breeding.
