摘要
家庭农场高质量发展需要复合型的农业经营管理人才,多元职业经历是塑造复合型农业人才的重要路径。本研究基于烙印理论、社会资本理论和动态能力理论,构建了“多元职业经历-动态能力-农场高质量发展”理论框架,通过对湖南省6市12县共292个家庭农场的调研数据,运用最小二乘结构方程模型(PLS-SEM),实证探究多元职业经历对家庭农场高质量的影响机理。研究发现:1)农场主多元化职业经历显著助推家庭农场高质量发展,这一效应不仅依靠认知烙印和社会资本积累发挥直接作用,还通过能力烙印塑造其动态能力发挥中介效果;2)学习创新能力、资源整合能力、环境适应能力在多元职业经历对农场高质量发展的影响中存在显著中介作用,且资源整合能力影响较高;3)多群组分析表明,多元职业经历更有助于促进高融资约束、低政策支持、非省级示范、养殖类和初创发展期的农场高质量发展。因此,可鼓励、引导具有多元职业经历的返乡创业人员经营家庭农场,注重培育和提升农场动态能力,促进家庭农场高质量发展。
The high-quality development of family farms needs compound agricultural management talents,and multiple career experiences help to improve farmers'thinking cognition,knowledge level and diversified ability,broaden the network of social resources and realize complementary resources.it is an important way to shape compound agricultural talents.Based on the branding theory,social capital theory and dynamic capability theory,this paper constructs the theoretical framework and research hypothesis of“multiple career experiences-dynamic capabilitiesfarm high-quality development”.Based on the survey data of stratified random sampling of 292 family farms in 6 cities and 12 counties in Hunan Province,the least square structural equation model(PLS-SEM)is used.This paper empirically explores the influence mechanism of multiple career experiences on the high quality of family farms.The results show that:1)the multiple career experience of farmers significantly promotes the high-quality development of family farms,which can not only play a direct role on cognitive imprint and social capital accumulation,but also shape their dynamic ability through ability imprint to play an intermediary effect.2)Learning and innovation ability,resource integration ability and environmental adaptability play a significant intermediary role in the mediating effect of multiple career experiences on farm high-quality development.among them,the contribution effect of resource integration ability is the highest,followed by environmental adaptability and learning innovation ability.3)Multi-group analysis shows that multiple career experiences are more helpful to promote the high-quality development of family farms with high financing constraints,low policy support,non-provincial demonstration,aquaculture and start-up development.Therefore,in order to promote the high-quality development of family farms,returning entrepreneurs with multiple career experiences can be encouraged and guided to set up and operate family farms,pay attention to cultivating and improving the dynamic capabilities of the farms,promote the high-quality development of family farms,break down financing constraints,and optimize policy support according to the characteristics of different life cycle stages and different types of management and demonstration.
