摘要
针对城市道路品质化提升工程中乳化沥青黏层黏轮现象严重影响路面施工质量与施工效率的问题,开展不黏轮乳化沥青黏层在城市道路品质化提升工程中的应用研究,分析基于硬质基质沥青的不黏轮乳化沥青的性能指标,并与普通乳化沥青PC-3、改性乳化沥青PCR进行对比分析。通过试验验证,自制不黏轮乳化沥青各项性能指标均优于普通乳化沥青PC-3与改性乳化沥青PCR。不黏轮乳化沥青能较好地解决常规乳化沥青在高温天气下施工黏轮问题,验证了其工程实用性,值得推广应用。
In view of the urban road quality promotion project emulsified asphalt adhesive layer adhesive wheel phenomenon seriously affect the pavement construction quality and construction efficiency,the application research of non-adhesive wheel emulsified asphalt adhesive layer was carried out in the urban road quality promotion engineering.Based on hard matrix asphalt,performance index of nonadhesive wheel emulsified asphalt was analyzed,and comparative analysis with ordinary emulsified asphalt,modified emulsified asphalt.Through test verification,the performance of self-made nonadhesive wheel emulsified asphalt is better than that of ordinary emulsified asphalt and modified emulsified asphalt.The non-adhesive wheel emulsified asphalt can better solve the problem of conventional emulsified asphalt in high temperature weather,which verifies its engineering practicability and is worth widely used.
