摘要
目的 分析三孩生育政策下女性医学科技工作者的生育意愿及影响因素。方法 自编女性医学科技工作者生育意愿调查问卷,对天津市366名育龄期女性医学科技工作者进行调查,了解其生育意愿及影响因素。结果 共得到有效问卷366份。女性医学科技工作者中有二孩生育意愿的占30.1%,有三孩生育意愿的占3.3%。自身或配偶是否为独生子女、家人是否能为生育二孩提供足够抚养支持、生育二孩后是否能平衡工作与家庭生活、是否认可生育二孩可以减轻孩子养老负担的观点,是影响女性医学科技工作者二孩生育意愿的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 因工作压力大、生育后平衡家庭和工作的信心缺乏,女性医学科技工作者二孩和三孩生育意愿不强。应健全托幼服务体系,鼓励父职积极承担养育责任,建设积极正向的生育文化,减轻生育负担,提升生育意愿。
Objective To analyze the fertility willingness and influencing factors of female workers of medicine under the three child policy.Methods A self-designed questionnaire on the fertility willingness of female workers of medicine was conducted to investigate the fertility willingness and influencing factors of 366 female workers of medicine of childbearing age in Tianjin City.Results A total of 366 valid questionnaires were obtained.30.1% of female workers of medicine have a desire to have a second child,and 3.3%have a desire to have a third child.The main factors affecting the willingness of female workers of medicine to have a second child are whether they are the only child themselves or their spouse,whether their family can provide sufficient support for having a second child,whether they can balance work and family life after having a second child,and whether they recognize the view that having a second child can reduce the burden of elderly care for their children(P<0.05).Conclusion Due to high work pressure and lack of confidence in balancing family and work after childbirth,female workers of medicine have a weak desire to have a second and third child.We should establish a sound childcare service system,encourage fathers to actively take on parenting responsibilities,build positive culture of childbirth,reduce the burden of childbirth to enhance fertility willingness.
